Antique 18thC American Federal Queen Anne Mahogany Bonnet-Top Highboy Salem Massachusetts 1790 Recently Added the base joined with brassA good antique late 18th century mahogany Federal period highboy, chest on stand, Salem Massachusetts, circa 1790. This two section chest having wonderful proportions: the upper case has a closed bonnet top and arched molded pediment, with a carved pin wheel rosette and three caved & gilded finials.
