the wood and menthol influence isn’t subtle though neither does it mask the cool aromas of various dark berries

the 2017 Flor de Pingus was produced from very concentrated grapes with lots of tannin

later accompanied by liquorice and graphite

I wouldn’t want to rule out some additional depth of flavor emerging over the next couple of years
