(from vines planted in 1955)
We are seeing single-vineyard releases from these sites for the first time
combined with astonishing lemon-zest freshness and a jet-black minerality
airy and layered essence of red currant and raspberry
along with a hint of crushed fennel
Giacomo Fenocchio, Barolo Riserva Bussia other_regions_australia (from vines planted in 1955)Brick red in color, the 2018 Barolo Riserva Bussia 90 Di boasts layered aromas of dried cherries, leather, dried roses, sweet tobacco, and pine. Medium to full bodied, it offers deep concentration and well defined structure, ripe, velvety tannins, iron rich mineral earth, and a long, hearty finish. Its going to show its best over the coming 10 12 years.
