To distinguish the mainland form from the Taiwan form, we have used the seed cultivar name Rohdea 'Green Panda'. For us, Rohdea 'Green Panda' makes a much larger clump than typical Rohdea japonica, quickly reaching 2'+ tall x 3' wide.
